Who we are and what this covers
This policy explains how Orlop Properties LLC (“Orlop”, “we”) handles personal information collected through this website. It does not cover information collected offline or through the separate agreements you may sign with us.
Information you provide
You choose what to share when you use one of our forms: the Contact form, the selling consultation form, the property-management owner inquiry, or a showing, tour or availability request from a listing. Depending on the request, this can include:
- Your name, email address and (optionally) phone number.
- What you’d like help with — buying, selling, renting commercial or residential property, a vacation stay, property management or a general question.
- Property preferences, such as preferred area, property type, budget range, bedrooms, move-in date, space needed, business use, travel destination, dates or number of guests.
- Details about a property you own, such as its address or location, type, number of units, how it is currently managed and your timeline.
- The listing you asked about and anything you write in the message field.
Our forms do not ask for Social Security numbers, financial account details, payment card information or identity documents. Please do not include them in a message.
Information collected automatically
This website does not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, social-media widgets or tracking cookies.
Like most websites, the servers that host the site may automatically record standard technical information when pages are requested — such as IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the referring page and the date and time — to deliver the site, keep it secure and diagnose problems. How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and connect you with the right person on our team.
- To arrange showings, tours, consultations or conversations you ask for.
- To provide the buying, selling, leasing or management services you request.
- To keep records of our communications and meet legal and regulatory obligations.

- Service providers that host the website or deliver form submissions and email to us, acting on our instructions.

- A successor organization in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of our business.
Form delivery provider: Wix.com, through Wix Forms. Submissions are stored in our Wix account and are visible only to the Orlop team.
Third-party sites
Links to Airbnb, Facebook and Instagram take you to services we do not operate. Information you give those services is governed by their own privacy policies. Vacation-stay bookings, including payment, take place on Airbnb, not on this website.
Cookies
This website currently sets no cookies from its own code and uses no analytics or advertising technologies. Our Cookie Policy explains this in detail and how that would change if optional tools were ever added.
Data retention
We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond, to provide any services you engage us for, and to meet legal, tax and record-keeping obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
As a general rule, we keep inquiries and contact-form submissions for up to three (3) years after our last contact with you. Records connected to a purchase, sale, lease or property-management agreement are kept for as long as Massachusetts law and our tax and accounting obligations require — typically up to seven (7) years after the transaction or agreement ends. You can ask us to delete your information sooner, subject to those legal requirements.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No website or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have shared with us, or to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws; we will respond to requests as those laws require and may need to verify your identity first.
