Our commitment
Everyone should be able to find a home, a workspace or a place to stay, and to reach our team. We aim to make this website usable for people who rely on keyboards, screen readers, magnification, captions or other assistive technologies.
Standard we use as guidance
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as our design and development target. This website has not yet been independently audited, and we do not claim full conformance.
What we’ve done
- Navigation, menus, search filters and form dropdowns can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
- A “Skip to main content” link lets keyboard users bypass the navigation.
- Form fields have visible labels, required fields are identified, and errors are announced.
- Images that carry meaning have text alternatives; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Pages use a logical heading structure and landmarks.
- Text colors are chosen to meet contrast guidelines.
- The background video on the homepage has no sound, and it is replaced by a still image if you have asked your device to reduce motion.
Known limitations
- Vacation stays are booked on Airbnb, whose accessibility is outside our control.
- Date fields use your browser’s built-in date picker, which varies between browsers.
- Some property descriptions and photos are provided for presentation and may not describe every accessibility feature of a property. Please ask us for details.
